With Formula Basketball, we provide a structured learning environment through basketball skill development training sessions both one-on-one or small groups. These sessions will focus on building and strengthening skills in the areas of: shooting, ball-handling, footwork, technique, body positioning, body control, defense, as well as basketball IQ for in game situations. These workouts will be high-intensity with new drills being implemented at each workout! Workouts will be incorporated with drills that Coach Sam Elgin was a part of as a four year DII college basketball player, as well as ones he has developed and evolved as his time as a coach and trainer.
